What Is Anxiety?

Anxiety is unexplained fear.
Fear that everyone is looking at and judging you.
Fear of too much traffic, because you feel trapped and have nowhere to go to escape.
Anxiety is feeling dizzy.
Hiding your sweaty palms, and having your heart pounding out of your chest. All while trying to look and act normal to everyone around you.
Anxiety is being anxious.
So anxious that you literally vomit, all while trying to calm yourself down.
Anxiety is trying to explain Yourself.
Explaing to others why you are anxious, when you don’t even know yourself!
That is anxiety.
