She is Me

She no longer let people’s opinions of her, determine how she felt about herself.
She decided to get out and do what she must, so she no longer needed to ask for help.
She would rather bust her ass and do her best, rather than depending on someone else.
She got lost; took a detour or two.
She found her way, her solid ground.
She learned that in order to win you have to lose!
Most of all she learned to love herself.
She didn’t need validation of anyone.
She began to admire the woman and mother she has become.
She looked in the mirror and realized she is me.
